Mr. Paul Malik, P.E. has an MS degree in Management and an MS degree in Mechanical Engineering from the NYU Polytechnic University. He is a Principal of PMX and managed many challenging engineering projects. He is an expert in the areas of Thermodynamics, Heat Transfer, and Fluid Flow.

Mr. Malik has done pioneering work in the area of Gas Expansion in Tanks, Boiling Heat Transfer over the finned surfaces and Cryogenic applications. He has patents for the Evaporative cooling systems and expects to receive patents in the year 2012 related to unique freezing and thawing processes.

Dr. Robert Kosson has a PhD from Stevens Institute of Technology. He has extensive background in multiple engineering fields, especially in the areas of thermodynamics, heat transfer, and fluid flow, with experience in both analytic and experimental techniques. Previous to PMX, he worked in the aerospace industry, mostly at Grumman Corporation.

Professor S. Neti PhD of Lehigh University continues to provide technical assistance for over the last 20 years.

Mr. Thomas Talbot has an MBA from Fordham University. He has extensive experience (over 30 years) as a Manager of multi-million dollar projects. He utilizes advanced management techniques to assure that committed goals are achieved within the constraints of cost and schedule resources.

Dr. Arthur Ginsberg has vast experience in all phases of nuclear power. He was chairman of Westinghouse Owner’s Analysis group. He worked at the Indian Point 2 plants until 2007.

Mr. Jude Del Percio, Consultant to PMX has an MS degree from Columbia University in Nuclear Engineering. He is very knowledgeable and has significant direct experience with regulatory issues and compliance plans.
