Mr. Paul Malik, P.E. has an MS degree in Management and an MS degree in Mechanical Engineering from Polytechnic University. He is the company founder and a Principal of PMX and managed many challenging engineering projects. Mr. Malik has an hands-on experience in the areas of nuclear plant design and licensing bases. He is an expert in the areas of Thermodynamics, Heat Transfer and Fluid Flow. He has done pioneering work in the area of Gas Expansion in Tanks, boiling heat transfer over the finned surfaces and cryogenic applications. Mr. Malik has been involved with nuclear power industry for over 35 years. He has patents for the Spent Fuel Pool Cooling systems.

Dr. Robert Kosson has a PhD from Stevens Institute of Technology. He has extensive background in multiple engineering fields, especially in the areas of thermodynamics, heat transfer and fluid flow, with experience in both analytic and experimental techniques. Previous to his association with PMX, he worked in the aerospace industry.

Dr. Arthur Ginsberg has vast experience in all phases of nuclear power. He was chairman of Westinghouse Owner’s Analysis group. He worked at the Indian Point 2 plants until last year (2007).

Mr. Hans Malik has BS in Physics from MIT and MA in Physics from State University at Stony Brook. He has vast experience in computer modeling, transient analyses of thermodynamic/ fluid flow, radiation sensor design and radiation transport modeling (TMCNP).

Mr. John Gaughan brings 40 years experience in the electical distrubtion, all facets of underground cable system and sub-stations. He is supporting our analytical and test phase of freeze and thaw field tests for Con Edison.

Mr. Jude Del Percio has an MS degree from Columbia University in Nuclear Engineering. He is very versatile and has significant direct experience with nuclear regulatory commission and compliance plans. Over the years he has completed numerous projects in the technical topics involving nuclear power plant uprating, equipment classification design, failure analysis, channel separation, and strategic maintenance.

Mr. Hirsch Malik has a BS degree in EE from Leigh University and MBA from Rutgers. He has a distinguished record in the IT area.

Mr. Thomas Talbot has an MBA from Fordham University. He has extensive experience (over 30 years) as a Manager of multi-million dollar projects. He utilizes advanced management techniques to assure that committed goals are achieved within the constraints of cost and schedule resources.
